L.I.T.E. (Learn It To Earn It) is a youth development program that engages young adults in hands-on, project-based learning while rewarding growth and participation. Participants build leadership, emotional intelligence, and real-life skills as they complete meaningful projects and earn points that can be redeemed for free items—reinforcing accountability, motivation, and positive achievement.
Learning Workshops provide youth with hands-on exposure to specific skills, topics, and creative experiences in a structured yet flexible format. These workshops are designed to introduce practical knowledge, encourage exploration, and build confidence without the commitment of an ongoing class. Through interactive activities and guided instruction, youth gain real-world experience while discovering new interests, strengths, and opportunities for growth.
Specialty Programs are partner-supported, short-term initiatives that offer youth hands-on learning experiences in targeted areas. Created through collaborations with sponsors and community partners, these programs provide flexible opportunities to explore new skills and pathways while expanding access to resources and support.
