A Social Enterprise Program of A Mother’s Choice
All parties must be booked in 1-2 months in advance.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure the date and time.
Dates are not reserved until the deposit is received.
Remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the event.
Party pricing includes up to 10 participants.
Additional participants (where allowed) are subject to:
$50 per additional child
Final headcount must be confirmed at the time of booking.
No same-day additions can be guaranteed.
Each craft has a recommended age range.
For safety and quality reasons, some crafts may not be suitable for all ages.
Opulent Creations reserves the right to recommend alternative crafts when appropriate.
Craft selection must be finalized at the time of booking.
Customizations (themes, colors, premium bases, add-ons) must be selected in advance.
Day-of changes are not permitted.
Charm limits, add-ins, and materials are pre-set to ensure fairness and sustainability.
Themed parties require a theme upgrade fee and advance notice.
Themes must be approved based on material availability.
Custom sourcing may require additional fees.
Party duration includes:
Setup
Instruction
Craft time
Cleanup
Parties will end promptly to allow smooth transitions.
All crafts are instructor-led.
Certain materials (heat-based, cosmetic, or specialty items) are handled only by staff.
Adult supervision is required for younger participants.
Opulent Creations is not responsible for lost personal items.
Deposits are non-refundable.
One-time rescheduling may be allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit all payments made.
Opulent Creations is a social enterprise program of A Mother’s Choice. All proceeds support youth programming, life-skills development, and community initiatives.

Bookings are not complete until deposits are received!
We take Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App. Once this request form is filled out a representative will contact you to confirm the details of the event as well as obtain the $200 deposit.
