Learn It To Earn It
Building The Mindsets Of Our Youth
Take Classes
In this program you will be taking courses and lessons from our learning site. The topics of these courses ranges from Life lessons to mental health. From there you will be required to complete all readings and assignments pertaining too each subject. This program is self paced so no rush!
Earn Points
In each assignment you complete, you will earn points. Each assignment has a different number of points connected too them. Often the more difficult the assignment the higher the points. There will be opportunities to earn extra points as well!
Use Points
After earning your points you will be able to use them to obtain items in our treasure closet. Some items include personal care items such as wipes, diapers etc. Each item is worth a different number of points. The more points you earn the more you are able to receive.
Too qualify for this program you must either be a 16 - 24 years of age and a full time student or work at least 25 hrs. Proof of either will need to be submitted and will be reviewed upon submission in the order they are received.

Supplying The Tools For Success
Submit Request
Our Supply Pantry is a year long service that provides school supplies to high school and college students in need. You will have to request to join program since this is a first come first serve program.
Submit Documents
Upon requesting to join the program you will be asked to submit documentation showing proof of your class schedule and picture ID to match it. We are simply verifying the number of classes you are taking as well School you are attending.
Wait for Review
Once everything has been approved and decided A Mother's Choice will send you a notification requesting next step actions. Regarding pick up/ drop off options or substitution of items.
Too qualify for this program you will need to be 16-24 years of age and either in high school or college. Items given is totally based on the request sent. If an item is not available A Mother's Wish will give the next best thing. This is a first come first serve program. No supplies will be held.
